My thoughts are that you use the church name or initial to be included in the domain name with possibly a word at either the start or the end to let viewers can easily associate the church name with the domain name.

3.   The information will be displayed according to your instructions.

4.   We will design a layout of content and photos that will display all contents and images.

5.   The churches will also be listed inside of ChicagolandChurches.com directory at no additional cost.

6. Provide technical support 1-month after the website is online.

For a 5 Page Site:

· Home Page – 3-4 introduction paragraphs about the church history

· Page 2 – Our Pastor – A photo of your pastor and the 1^st family with some content about the family and a message from the Pastor

· Page 3 – upcoming church events with all types of services and times

· Page 4 – Church photo gallery of events that took place at one of the church ceremonies, picnics, or any special church events

· Page 5 – contact page that will allow members to contact the church through the church website and the church will receive an email indicating someone has left a message on the church website

CONDITIONS

We’ve made the following assumptions

· We will provide follow-up support during the first month after the website is put online. This support can be in the form of site modifications, minor updates, technical support, or consultation.

Every web presence on the internet must pay a monthly hosting fee.

· ChicagolandChurches.com will provide monthly hosting of your webpage/website as follows:

EXCLUSIONS

This proposal does not cover:

· HTML instruction

· Computer instruction

· Website design instruction

· Website support beyond that specified herein

· Fees related to merchant accounts

· Website maintenance or modification fees

SCHEDULE

This schedule defines the major tasks to be completed during the life of the project. Individual tasks may be added, deleted or moved as required to meet the demands of the client. The elapsed times are estimates and may vary depending on, changes, updates, and maintenance instructed by the client.

Phase 1

· Proposal review from website

· Entry form requested information filled out from our website

· All necessary data content and photos obtain within 1 week time frame of entry form

· Initial payment – 1/2 of the total cost

Phase 2 (10 to 15 days)

· Reviewing of site rough drafts

· Client final review and approval

Phase 3 (15 to 20 days)

· Final payment of the total cost

DESIGN FEES

Webpage (1 page)                      $100.00

Website with up to 3 pages         $300.00

Website with up to 5 pages         $500.00

Domain name service fee          $  25.00

RECURRING FEES

You should expect the following recurring fees:

Annual Fee of domain name $30.00

Monthly hosting fees as stated above.

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE

ChicagolandChurches.com will provide periodic website maintenance and support at the rate of $30.00 per hour at your request.

Website maintenance is not included in the Design Fees, however, if you have a small adjustment, that will take less than 20 minutes, we’ll do it at not cost.
